We are pleased to announce a significant development at the Nepal Disabled Association Khagendra New Life Centre, made possible through the generous support of an LCIF Hunger Grant from the Lions Clubs International Foundation. With this grant, we are embarking on the construction of a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining hall, designed to provide a much-needed improvement in the quality and accessibility of meals for the residents. This new facility will ensure that nutritious meals are prepared and served in a hygienic, comfortable, and dignified environment, significantly enhancing the daily living conditions for individuals with disabilities at the center.
The construction of the kitchen and dining hall represents a crucial step forward in our ongoing efforts to support the health and well-being of our residents. By providing a dedicated space for meal preparation and dining, we aim to foster a sense of community and improve the overall dining experience. This project is a testament to the power of collaboration between Lions Clubs International and the Nepal Disabled Association, reflecting a shared commitment to addressing hunger and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
We are deeply grateful for the Lions Clubs International Foundation’s vital contribution to this important project. Their support not only underscores their dedication to global humanitarian efforts but also empowers us to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. Together, we are building a brighter, more inclusive future for the residents of the Khagendra New Life Centre.
