Lions District 325 D recently organized a comprehensive event titled “Cabinet’ Officers Schooling, Zone & Region Chairperson / Area Coordinator Workshop”. The event was designed to provide essential training and guidance for the newly appointed cabinet officers, as well as zone and region chairpersons and area coordinators.

The workshop featured a series of informative sessions led by experienced leaders within the district. Topics covered included leadership skills, effective communication, strategic planning, and community engagement. The goal was to equip the participants with the knowledge and tools they need to excel in their roles and to ensure a cohesive and efficient leadership team across the district.

In addition to the training sessions, the event provided a platform for the officers to share ideas, discuss challenges, and explore new initiatives for the upcoming year. It was an excellent opportunity for networking and fostering collaboration among the district’s leadership team.
