Lions International is a global network of volunteers dedicated to serving their communities and making the world a better place. With over 1.4 million members in more than 200 countries, Lions are known for their unwavering commitment to humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and community development.
Lions Clubs International is guided by core values of service, integrity, respect, cooperation, empowerment, and compassion. Members are dedicated to helping those in need through various community service and humanitarian efforts, conducting themselves with honesty and accountability, and showing respect and inclusion for all.
Service is the foundation of Lions. It’s who we are and what we do. Our roots run deep — stretching far and wide to build lasting connections and strengthen our world. Every time we serve, our roots grow stronger and deeper.
The theme “Create a Milestone” encourages Lions to focus on creating lasting and meaningful impact rather than simply completing routine activities. A true milestone is measured by the positive difference it makes in people’s lives and the growth of Lionism. Whether through sustainable community projects, membership growth, leadership development, or innovative service initiatives, every effort should leave a lasting legacy that benefits both the community and future generations of Lions.
